Sky go not working on any devices

I have been with sky for over 8 years. I've always been able to use skygo on my devices but recently it has stopped on all of them. I haven't changed IDs or anything. 

 

my Xbox says "YOU CANT USE SKY GO ON THIS DEVICE YET. YOU'LL NEED A SKY Q MULTISCREEN, SKY GLASS WHOLE HOME OR SKY GO EXTRA SUBSCRIPTION TO ACCESS SKY GO ON THIS DEVICE" 

 

My phone & table say "SORRY, WE ARE HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. ERROR [0]. PLEASE TRY AGAIN, YOU CAN STILL WATCH YOUR DOWNLOADS OR RECORDINGS". 

 

It's been like this for months now. i'v tried deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing is working. Can't find a way to chat to anyone on sky. It's a deal breaker as I will probably lose sky if it's not sorted

Have you changed your TV package so changing from Sky Q to Sky Glass for example ?

Hi yes, I changed from sky Q to glass but that was a while ago

As a Sky Glass customer to use Sky Go on a console like your Xbox you do need the Whole home package so do you have this on your account ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
