Sky go not working on PS5

Hi, I am having an issue with sky go on my PS5, it says I need sky go extra is this not already included within my package? If not is it possible to add it?

Check your online account to see what packages you subscribe to, if it's not there then phone Sky to see what they can do for  you

I believe its only included by default if you have multiroom.

 

If you don't have multiroom then you need to call Sky to add Sky Go Extra to stream via a games console.

Sky Stream, Sky Glass Air and Sky Broadband customer

I'm not sure it is included by default so if you do have multiscreen then you will need to call Sky to get it added, otherwise @Mark676 what TV service do you have ?
