Trying to watch downloaded films abroad. It worked yesterday. Today each film says the download has expired and is not available to watch. Code PFE 9010

I completely sympathise.

As a "Communications" Company, Sky needs to sort this outfor its paying) customers.

Same just happened to me (3.vi.24) as to you : offline (as always) using SkyGo app on my laptop (in Lanzarote) to see episodes of programmes downloaded in UK prior to departure.

Not a problem yesterday evening : today, no go on ANY of the downloads.

Can't be an "abroad" thing as I rebooted the lap top with WiFi disabled.
