I keep getting the error code "4253024421" telling me to check my internect connection when I try to watch Sky Go without wifi. I have uninstalled the app and redownloaded etc the app works fine with wifi just not with 3G/4G
Can anyone help?

I have been looking everywhere, why are sky not helping with the issue? I have turned off WiFi only and everything seems fine, sick of dead ends and no one answering the same question that many have asked????

I think it's a clash between Wi-Fi and mobile data turn off the weaker one and it should work
