Sky Go is working fine for me so on what device is the app installed on and what is happening ?

It's on my phone, but interesting to know that you have access. Which ever option I select, be it 'Home', 'TV guide' etc, it says unavailable

I can't watch live TV or app, but the sky app says there's nothing wrong

Mine just started working again after an hour, but when it wasn't working it did say on whatever I selected that it was unavailable try again later... If yours still isn't working try on WiFi and then shut it all down including your phone or iPad and retry

Been down for me for 48 hours, just getting error msgs for all sky go apps.

Sky go has been down for me for over 24 hours. It is down on ps5 and my mobile phone, just getting error messages 'there was a problem streaming this channel. Please select another service'

Sky Go isn't down throughout the UK because if it is this forum would be flooded with posts on it.

Edit - your posts have been merged.

Try a reboot of your broadband router.

Sky Go, at the time of posting, is working perfectly fine here on my Xbox Series X

I have tried to reboot router etc & it still isn't working. I cannot access sky go from my mobile, ps5 or ipad, I also seem to get different error messages on different devices. Apologies about the double post.

Sorry I did post a reply but I cannot see it appearing so I am very sorry if you get this reply twice! On the playsation 5 I get the following messages :- 

'There was a problem streaming this channel. Please select another channel.'
'Sorry but there was a problem playing the selected video, please try again. Access from this household is restricted.'

On my mobile I get :-

'Sky go is having trouble connecting to the network. Error (403). Please try again.
'Because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this channel. Please try again later.'

I have been on the phone with them & they haven't been able to help yet.
