Sky go - iPad not authorised error

My iPad is registered for sky go but I receive an error message saying it is not authorised so unable to watch. Have tried FAQ and switch internet connection on and off but no joy 

any thoughts welcome !

Are you using a VPN because if so to use Sky Go it will need disabling,
