In Cyprus 3 wks can’t watch skygo

I'm on a holiday in Cyprus from the UK for three weeks
I can open Sky Go but every time I try to watch or download it tells me I don't have a device pin and doesn't even give me anywhere to put my actual device pin in which I have. 

The skybot service says I don't have a subscription, which I do

 

Very Frustrating, can anyone offer any advice? Thank you very much.

It isn't possible to use Sky Go outside of the UK unless you are a Sky Ireland customer. This is due to brexit.
