Sky go has used all my sky mobile data

Just burned up 2gb watching the football. My accounts appear to be linked. Watching on a brand new ipad. Any ideas to help please?

How do you know that you used this data, dies the MySky app show it as being used or your iPad only settings ?

Hi, the MySky app shows the data as used. I had 2gb to start with, watched the 1st half and disconnected. Went back to watch the 2nd half and got the wheel of death in the top right hand corner. Checked the MySky app and all the data was gone.

I forgot to ask but I presume you are a Sky Mobile customer ?

 

If so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
