I am trying do upgrade to sky go extra as want to watch on Xbox. But everytime it takes me on the sky app to the upgrade section there isn't anything about sky go extra.
Is the only way of adding it by phoning them??

Is Sky Go Extra doesn't appear as a reward for you inthe VI section then I think the only way to get it added to your account is by calling Sky.
