Hello
I have Sky go on a Dell laptop (Windows 10). The app works fine on the laptop. As soon as I plug in the HDMI cable (Belkin Gold High Quality Non Retail High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet 4K HD) to the eARC HDMI port (on a TCL 55rp620k) the sound and pictures go out of sync. (delayed sound) This also happens if i plug into the the normal HDMI 2.0 port.
I've tried all the sound setting changes possible. Also the HDMI modes.
Any ideas why this is happening and what the fix is?
