Sky go extra - Xbox series s - error 1204

Hello, recently joined up with sky stream, got the puck downstairs and I have been watching it on sky go app with my Xbox upstairs until today when I've logged onto my Xbox I'm getting a message saying you will need to purchase the sky go extra package, I'm having 2 issues with this, first issue is when I took my sky package out I obviously had sky go extra included otherwise it wouldn't be letting me watch it on my Xbox for the past week, which now means sky have removed it and I'd like to know why? And also when I go onto sky store and search sky go extra it's not actually letting me purchase it.

It might have fell of the account when you changed to Sky Stream so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Thank you, this is the first sky package I've had so i haven't upgraded or anything, as I said when I first took it out just over a week ago it was allowing me to watch on the Xbox but then today it's not so I think it was on there but now it's not

When you first sign up to Sky you have given free access to all Sky Go content.Then when your box/Sky Glass is installed what you can view will match your package.

 

For Sky Go Extra you’ll need a Sky Multiscreen subscription or a Sky Glass Whole Home subscription or you can pay the monthly cost of £5 for it. It can also be free if you are a Sky Mobile customer or via Sky VIP as a reward. So give Sky a call who will work out the best way to get it added to your account.

Hi there, as @aesarome mentioned, when you first join, you get access to everything before your account is activated. Once active your Sky Go reverts to the version you have. So if you do not have Whole Home, you won't have access to Sky Go Extra. 

You would need to add this to your package in order to use Sky Go extra the way you want to.

Yeah that's all well and good but it doesn't allow me to add it on

Give sky a call and ask them to find the best way to get Sky Go Extra added to your account.
