Sky go error. I have uninstalled but error when re-installing.

My sky go suddenly stopped working on my lap top. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but it hasn't worked. It says error when installing.

Error message 001. Something to do with subscription. Any ideas?

Are you logged in with the correct username and password as sig the wrong details can cause this issue.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

good evening,

 

i am having the same issue trying to log on to skygo. have the same error message. it would help if sky can sort the problem out and let everyone know the fix. looking at the forums a lot of people are having the same issues. this is frustrating as we are all paying customers and cant us the service that is on offer..
