I get this with sky channels and it's really frustrating, especially as sky has just increased my monthly charge by 50%

I am getting same error as well since Xmas Eve any updates please as only happens on sky movies I have seen so far?

I get the same error on Sky Go

The app is unusable.  As I watch most of my sky on the app i am thinking of cancelling most of my sky addons..waste of money.  Sky has no idea how to fix the problem that has been going on for many weeks!

No...nothing works.  The app was working fine up toward Xmas..now it doesn't...it is aggravating and to be hinest an extremely poor response from Sky.  Given the ridiculous amount i oay each month for the last 18 years inwould have expected a better support from them

All I got from Sky expert was the developers know it's a problem in the app and are trying to fix it........

No update since and no new version available in ap store so guess we wait..... not happy at all with sky but they still taking my money.

@parttimework  Your post has been moved from the Sky Stream section as Sky stream is a different product.

Plans to reimburse users who are unable to use the app?

The Sky Go app' has been next to useless for weeks; are there any plans to reimburse customers for the constant error (code 30) that makes watching 'live' content near on impossible?

You can try asking Sky but I very much doubt you will get a refund, have you tried pausing it for 30 seconds to see if you can then get it to play without the error ?
