Hi I have been with sky for 7 years and have an active subscription I am trying to watch sky go but keep getting error code 0-01 I have been on live chat but that was not helpful anyone any ideas for a solution thanks

One thing to try is to link your account to your Sky ID as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services
If this doesn't work post back as we can alert Sly's messaging team who will contact you via here about this if you want ?

Can you let us know what you are trying to watch and what tv package you subscribe to and if this error has just started to occur ?

I have the sky signature package and sky sports was trying to watch sky witness I have only just been able to sign into the app as I had forgotten my password and had to reset it I am also unable to access sky VIP it's as though it thinks I have no active subscription thanks for replying
