Cannot watch TNT sports on sky go

Hi,

I just activated my SKY STREAM service, all good and all channels working for the package I have, issue I have is TNT sports is not working on the Sky Go app and saying that I need to upgrade my subscription? I have TNT sports with my package directly with sky and the channel works on the tv so it's a bit weird?

anybody have any ideas what I need to do?

Are you paying Sky or TNT/Bt for access to the TNT channels ?

There is two options for you regarding this issue, you can either try calling Sky or we can alert Sky's messaging team for you who will get in contact with you tomorrow morning regarding this so let us know which one you prefer ?
