Sky go download limit?

Hi I'm just wondering bc I have tried downloading the rookie and it says "sorry you've reached the maximum number of downloads of this show" is there a way around tus and to fix it I have also heard that you can call sky and they reset your download limit so you can download things again without that message popping up if that true and is there any other ways of fixing this problem

I believe there is a limit but I'm not sure what it is so have you tried leaving it for a few days before trying again ?
