I've seen a few posts on here but no resolution.
Downloaded shows to watch offline on plane.
Get on plane and asks for pin, no idea what this was so can't watch. I've since been online and set up pin and can watch shows without the pin when online.
When I go back offline I can't watch anything as it isn't recognising the pin number.
How do I get round this? Seem to be in an endless loop hole that only allows downloads to work online, which defeats the object!
Please help!
Thanks
Daniel

Did you get a resolution to this as I am having exactly the same problem! It seems a lot of people are but I haven't seen a solution to it yet!

Does anyone have a resolution to this issue. Sky PIN works on the Sky Q box but on the app it says Incorrect PIN

I have just had this problem downloaded stuff to watch in the plane kept asking for the pin wouldn't accept the sky pin. Yet when I was abroad it accepted the pin and let me watch. Why won't it work on the plane?

No you can't, the link takes you directly to your products and if you click through takes you to the shop. Ridiculous, it's been like that for ages. No one is monitoring this

That is because that is an old post you have found as the link has now been changed to this one:
