Sky go app

When I click the app it comes up, very,  large and does not work. The only way to get rid of it is by turning my pc off at the mains. The computer tech, at the shop, re-installed the app and the same thing happened.

Do you have the app installed on your desktop, if so right click it, then select "properties" and against run make sure "Normal Window" is selected.

Yes, I have App installed but it goes large. The icon is normal size, on my desk top. I have loaded the app many times after deleting it.
