Hi guys, hoping you can be my saving grace. My Sky go stopped working on the 24th October (my birthday and Manchester United's 3rd and very stressful Champions League game) It hasn't worked since. I've tried everything you have suggested on various forums, several times. I've also been emailing sky for the last week and they still can't find my account. My laptop wasn't up to date when it stopped working, it now is. It's a Mac Book Pro Sonoma 14., App version is 23.5.1 and it always automatically updates for me. I removed my device from the list of devices we have in hopes that it would ask for a log in but it hasn't and it still just a blue screen with a buffering symbol constantly turning. Any help would be so much appreciaed as I'm working all evening and can't stomach missing another champions league game tonight, Aside from throwing my laptop through a window I'm genuinely stuck.

Hi there, I've been on sky support for ages, they gave me loads of really helpful points. Some of the points were a bit too hard to follow so I rang apple and after sharing my screen with them, showing them the points from my helpful sjy person it is WOOORKING!!!! I am so happy xx
I would like you to try this, in this exact order.
Some steps might be familiar, but we have to be thorough here.
1. Reset your hub, by pressing the reset button the back for 10 seconds.
2. Uninstall the app, delete hidden files.
3. Turn off the device.
4. Allow time for the internet to return.
5. When the internet is back on, turn your device on, too.
6. Before you install the app again, clear cookies and cache in your browser.
7. Install the app again.
8. Before logging back in, please reset your password.
9. Log back in, and let me know how it goes.

I have the exact same issue.
Despite wiping skygo from my mac many times, everytime i redownload it and open the app, there is just an infinite buffer that prevents me watching anything.
Weirdly skygo still works on my phone and my relatives devices.

Hi, I've emailed and been on hold for 90 minutes today, after losing connection after an hour wortyh of converation I am stil no closer. Help is needed please

They told me to delete the app, delete all files and try redownloading it. Which I had already done. They also told me to restart my laptop, again I'd already done. They also told me to go home and reconnect to my sky box which again...I've already done. It doesn't dispute that it is connected to my sky box but it buffers and won't show up any tv options. Th side menu down the left hand side is showing but it doesn't show me any tv options simply buffers continuously

That fix doiesn't work. SkyGo now not been working on Mac OS for several weeks. Nobidy at Sky gives a $‹|!*
