Sky go app bad quality

Ok guys&girls please tell me I need glasses is the quality really this bad on the sky go app?? 

I'm paying for the HD channels...

I select the HD channels...

I'm expecting HD channels...

Do I get hd channels... nope!!!!

Just absolutely terrible quality it's like watching TV in the 90's

I select sky sports hd and notice straight away top right hand corner no hd after 5 mins no improvement in quality and I have 860mbs download please please tell me there a fix 🙏
