Unfortunately the patch suggested is a bit of a red herring. It's still evident on any age or pay-walled content when tested a couple of times.
Thanks for the suggestion, but I hope the only way I can watch live, paid for, content is to not have it live

Same problem here, I even unloaded sky go then reinstalled a month later, but the same issue remains, and it is only on movies. So if sky doesn't sort it I will simply have to cancel movies, and use my Disney and Netflix instead

Since November I have been getting Error 30 whenever I try to watch a movie on sky go. I deleted the app, re-installed the app and still after nearly two months we still can't watch movies on sky go, (which is how I watch most of sky as my husband hogs the main tv.)
so now I am questioning if I should cancel movies. I have been watching Netflix over Christmas so I don't really miss sky movies. I am just miffed about paying for something I cannot access on my choice of device.
