Sky Go won’t sign in

Hey everyone.

just signed up for skyglass and I was told I could get sky Go before the tv was delivered. I downloaded it on my iPhone 12 Pro and it keeps saying there's a technical issue. I've done everything it says but still no luck.

my partner is able to sign in but on an Android.

any help?

Try deleting the app and reinstalling it. 

Sky Go works fine on my iPhone 14 Pro.

What version of iOS are you running? Does it give the error message as soon as you open the app or is it when you try to play something?

im running iOS 16.4.1 and the error appears after putting my log in details it doesn't even let me get to the main page

Get your partner to sign out on their Android device then try signing in again on your iPhone.
