Sky Go Extra

Hi,

 

I can't seem to see how to activate Sky Go Extra on my account. Can this be set up please as I thought I seen somewhere it was part of being a Sky VIP. Thanks

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

If you're unable to claim VIP Rewards or add Sky Go Extra via the MySky app or online at sky.com when logged in with your Primary Sky ID then you will need to call.

We're unable to make any subscription changes through our messaging service.
