Sky Go will not load. The first screens open then update then sky go screen opens then shuts down, Have tried all suggestions on here but nothing helps. Have contacted Sky tech help but they could/would not help, promised to get back to me, that was 3 weeks ago ! Help would be appreciated. Thanks
