I'm trying to watch sky sports on my computer but when I select a program I get the pfe9500 error code. Please can you help? Thanks

Try connecting an external speaker to your PC or Mac that you are using.

Or try reducing your sound settings from 24 bit 384 Khz to 16 bit 44.1 Khz within Windows sounds settings.
