2 windows 11 pcs have this errors. I am connecting in London, not using any VPN. The computers are from the USA but been in London for at least 2 years.

The error code is now 1315. Using an IP tracker shows as in London

Thank you for your reply. Sadly not, everything is set to UK region and all settings are UK.
The same internet connection works for the go app on Android and sky stream so points to a pc config issue but can't see where or how. Strage it's both PCs as well from different brands
