Discussion topic: Sky Go stopped working

Sky Go has stopped working. I've got error messages:

1. Sky Go is having trouble connecting to the network. Error 403

2. Because of a technical issue you can't watch this channel

I spoken to sky repeatedly and they haven't given a a solution that works.
