HI...I have reinstalled Sky Go on a new laptop and post install it is not moving off the sign in screen. I have tried this several times and have removed old devices from the Device Management screen (via MySky on the website). I enter my user/password and hit "Sign In"..the button changes to a ligher shade of blue but then nothing happens. I have left it for about 20-30 mins and nothing.
Any help appreciated!

I have just downloaded the skygo app to my new laptop, it accepts my user name and password and then hangs on the verification page and won't go any further, any idea how to fix this please?

Yes on my ipad and phone and it works fine on both of those

The same!
I restarted laptop and the same happens...just get the same as below. I have added a sceenshot now...
It doesn't appears to be trying to make a connection as I can still edit the user/pass text fields...

I am having the same issue...did anyone get a fix for this?
My situation is that I got a new laptop and have this issue after intalling on this laptop - no issues on old laptop

Having the same issue seems to be a bug with version 23.4.1.0
No issue seems to be forthcoming from Sky since this version was released.

I'm having this exact issue and have done for over a year now! Can't get any help from sky on it at all. Did you manage to get a fix?
