Discussion topic: Sky go login freezes in windows

When trying to log in to sky go on my laptop (windows), the sign in button greys out and the whole thing freezes - haven't been able to log in for over a year now. I've spoken to sky numerous times on it without solution.

Has anybody having the same issue been able to find a fix for this? Thanks!
