To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

This was done yesterday but it has to be moved from UK to Ireland account .can you make sure it is Ireland

Sky have sent you a chat invite to help you so you need to use this to communicate with them.

Is this happening on everything, if so how lonh have you been a paying Sky TV customer ?

Hi, I joined sky streaming in Dec 2024. At the very beginning sky go worked but not since. I'm in Ireland but don't think this should make a difference.  I even subscribed to whole house.

Have you spoken to Sky on the chat invite because if you haven't then it will be closed so it is up to you if you use this or not.
