Sky go disconnecting from sky q box

When watching a recording on the sky go app on my tablet it keeps disconnecting from the sky q box especially if I'm fast forwarding the recording I have to turn tablet off and restart again I may have to do this up to six times before it will reconnect

Totally wrong your sky report is in error as we are losing the signal and the picture stops completely together with the sound and the screen goes into searching mode all unsatisfactory as watching a film is a nightmare.
