A few questions:

 

Are you new to Sky or a returning customer ?

Has it been working up to now ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Note that between ordering and activation you'd have had access to the whole range of Sky channels though the Go app.  Once activated, only the channels covered by the subscription will be available in the app.

Hi Rodrigo. I was wrong when I said Sky Sports was working. It's not. It's not letting me watch live tv, telling me to get a Sky Sports subscription. I have a Sky Sports subscription. 
Somehow, Sky clearly don't think I'm a customer!

Have you had any success getting your issues fixed? Apparently my issue is being dealt with by the app developers but I've a feeling it's not an issue with the apps. It's certainly not an issue with anything at my end as I've switched everything on and off, in the right order so many times, as directed.

Clearly, as we've both recently cancelled our subscription and then resubscribed it must be something to do withthat process.

I have it loaded on a android phone and it was working.Now it's telling me to update my subscription to watch everything except skynews .
