Hello everyone,
I'm having trouble with the Sky Go app. Whenever I try to open it, the app closes unexpectedly, and I receive an error message saying "Sky Go quit unexpectedly." This happens every 10 minutes while I'm watching either a live show or a catch-up show.
I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as restarting my laptop, but these steps haven't resolved the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions for how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!

No, it doesn't. I'm using Mac Sequoia 15.1.1 version.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

My issue wasn't fixed. I pointed out the latest issue via the chat and I'm awaiting a response from your team on the chat. Could you please re--open the chat?
