Sky Go please upgrade your subscription

New to Sky. Have sky stream with Sky Ultimate TV. When trying to play any shows on Sky Go mobile app I get the message "To enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription".  Is there something I am missing? Or is Ultimate TV subscription not enough for Sky Go?

It should be enough to allow you access so give this a try:

Do you owe money as if you are really behind on payments it will say this until you have paid your bill but it may be a sky go issue as I’m currently having issues

I'm having the same issue I can access all the channels on my sky stream box but it says I need to upgrade on sky go

My account number is correct on MySky and I am logging  in to the sky go app with the same sky id

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
