Following hacked email, I changed my email address, sky log in password and got a new laptop. I can't get sky go on either my new laptop or mobile. Any ideas how to retrieve it? Vic.
What is happening when you login with your usual username and this new password ?

I've got it going again on my iphone but I think the problem is that I've got no SkyGo icon on my new laptop and can't get to it by logging on to my Sky account. Vic
