I'm on a 2 year contract, and have made no changes to my account/package etc since May last year.
I used Sky Go on my PS4 on Friday 27th March 2026, but it wouldn't work on 28th (and still doesn't). I get the error:
"You can't use Sky Go on this device yet. You'll need a Sky Q Multiscreen, Sky Glass Whole Home or Sky Go Extra subscription to access Sky Go on this device."
I've tried re-signing in, deleting and reinstalling the app, but just get the same message.
When I check my Sky Go devices, I have three setup, so I have a spare device available in the Manage Devices setting.
Do I need to try and ring Sky to get this resolved, or can anyone help?

Didn't actually get a proper solution to this as neither the Sky guy I spoke to nor his supervisor were aware of Sky VIP Go Extra being linked to Sky mobile, but that must be the case based on what happened.
They couldn't add it back on for free as the system won't let them discount it off.
In the end I've taken Multiroom (which comes with Sky Go Extra) at a good discount which makes it only slightly more expensive than having Sky Go Extra on it's own, and gives us full Sky Q functionality in a second room.

@IanASmith Can you confirm that you do have either multi screen or whole home on your account
check current and future billing to make sure it hasn't been inadvertently removed

Thanks for that.
On this months bill I have Sky Go Extra from 28th Feb - 27th Mar:
"Sky VIP Reward - Free Sky Go Extra:-£5.00"
But it doesn't show on my future bill for next month.
It's probably more than a coincidence that the Sky Go Extra billing period coincides with when I lost access on the PS4.
So I guess I need to ring sky and ask why it's been removed?

@IanASmith If you are 100% sure you haven't made any changes whatsoever then yes a call will be required , given that any alterations removed sky go from your account
but beware the free sky go extra service has been removed as a perk and cannot be restored by an agent unless customer now pays for it
