Having trouble with Sky Go on a Mac. It's been absolutely fine until today when it's been stuck on 'downloading update' for hours.
We did uninstall and install it again. Cleared all the files, cleared the trash, rebooted Mac but it's still stuck on downloading update.
I noticed this happed in February and it was an issue with Sky and they messaged saying they'd fixed it. Hoping someone sees this and the outcome is the same.
