Sky Go not working on Xbox

My Sky go App on Xbox has logged me out and now won't let me sign back in. It all works fine on my phone but not on Xbox. My sky contract has not changed. Please help. Thank you

Which one of these do you have:

 

  • Sky Q Multiscreen, or, 
  • Sky Glass Whole Home, or,
  • Sky Go Extra
