Mysky app not authorised

Hi I've gone to log in to the my sky app and it's saying my account isn't authorised to use it!

 

any ideas?

There was an issue at Skys end that has now been fixed, no need to uninstall etc...

  • Hi mine is the same as i went to check on my bills and was like what's this. Any one got any ideas why this has happened, never happened before.

Same here, tried opening the app and got the same message that I'm not authorised. I can log into the web page fine but now the app is just showing a blank screen and won't do anything.

Update. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled and seems to bw workinf fine now
