Hi, having read around the forum it seems my problem is common but it needs the aid of a Sky rep to look at my account and fix. In my package I get Sky TV, Cinema and Sports. I could watch them all on my Xbox Series S until recently which coincided withthe App update. I can still watch cinema and Tv but sport has stopped working.
I currently have the Sky Q multiscreen pack but I think the issue is I do not have Sky Go Extra enabled. I'm hoping I can add it as a Gold VIP customer and with the existing multiscreen. Could a Sky rep reach out so I can see what my options are.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this your post has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
