Sky Go , not subscibed mesaage

Ordered Internet and sky stream. Cancelled stream because we didn't get on. Now have sky q. It appears I have two sky ids, one for broadband which is linked to sky go. The other isn't so I can't watch anything on sky go. I have called sky twice and both times to be told it will be fixed in 24 hrs. Anyone else had the problem and how did u resolve it as the script readers at sky are incapable.of fixing it, chat told me I had to call and even after complaining its still not fixed.

Tbe "it was been fixed in 24 hours" usually means they are not sure what to do,

 

Ignoring your broadband were you given a new account number for Sky Q ?

Have you created a new Sky ID due to you having a new account number. You might then need to contact Skys ID team about seeing if it is possible to move the broadband account to this new account.
