Software update stuck in screen

I've received a message saying to update or not be able to use update but I am pressing the central button on remote on the yes install but nothing happens

@Gilly681  Thus doesn't sound like a Sky Go app issue, what is the software update showing on?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
