Recently signed up to Sky Stream including Sky Ultimate Tv with Netflix in Ireland. Activated and working fine on tv via the puck but when I attempt to watch or download items included in my subscription on Sky Go I get "Sorry, something went wrong. To watch this content, please upgrade your subscription. Head to the TV tab in the MySky app to review your account or visit sky.com/hub/tv". - Account/subscription details are correct on MySky

Thanks for the reply. I have tried on both iPad and iPhone. iOS17. Sky News works but that's about it. Like I said, everything works fine via the puck. Strange.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Left an extensive message in the chat bubble at 10:08 this morning. Still no response or acknowledgement by 18:15 this evening. Is this normal?

@caesarome the chat bubble opened, I left an extensive message which was 'delivered'. No reply or acknowledgment from Sky over two days since apart from the message from @Addie15 above in this thread. Now the chat bubble has disappeared so I'm back to square one. Any suggestions? Just go through the hassle of calling Sky?
