Out of interest, where are you seeing this error message?  I have the phone myself and haven't seen it, so would be interesting to understand the issue better.

I tap on the app icon, get the blue screen with Sky logo as if it's loading then the error message comes on pretty much straight after.

Cannot install Sky Go on my Samsung S21 5G Ultra

Hi

I have just purchased a sky glass contract, moving from VM, every thing signed and sealed awaiting delivery. 

My Sky App installed with out an issue, my Sky Go App however, will not install past past the credentials screen I'm left with what's reminiscent of an old Windows millennium BSOD, see below.

I know this query has been answered on the forum but, being a newbie, I can't locate the details!

Please help!

 

There was a problem starting the app. Error [-20190000] Please restart the app and try again

 

I've restarted, reinstalled, cleared all caches more than once and nothing helps!

Chatted with a specialist and now it's working; hero! . Basically I'd recommend reinstalling. Also remove another mobile device that has Sky Go and then trying it again. Weird but worked, and re the other device does too.
