Sky Go not loading Mac

My Sky Go hasn't worked for over 1 year now. Deleted the app, cache, signed out and back in, restarted after deletion, absolutely nothing works. It's just the spinning loading circle constantly

I have. I've even removed the device from accessing then tried again to download and it's still comping up with the spining wheel constantly
