Sky Go not installing on laptop

installing sky go app on laptop - getting error msg saying "This version of Sky Go application is not compatable with Windows 6 , please upgrade to Windows 10 or later" - My laptop is already running Windows 11

Have you tried right clicking on the app and running it in compatibility mode ?

Thanks, but I can't install the App to be able to right-click - the error msg appears at the end of running the installer, but before the app loads
