I joined sky in the past few days, haven't yet recieved anything but its in the post, I downloaded sky go as I'll mostly be watching sky on my laptop and it won't let me start to watch anything on the browser
I get so far with setting it up but after I type my password in, it says "an unexpected error has occured" - literally that's all the information it gives.
Do I need the box arrived and set up before I can set Sky Go up, or is something wrong with my login? I can log in on the browser (Chrome) but cannot watch anything on the browser, it says I have to use sky go.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI can't say for sure but I can remember there being issues previously with passwords that contains symbols and the like so (and this might be a long shot) you could try changing it to one that just uses letters and numbers:

It contains letters, numbers and punctuation
Is this why it's not liking it on Sky Go?
