I cant watch sky sports on go it asks for an upgrade to my subscription i subsribe to sky sports

I am a Sky sports subsribet but i cannot watch Sky sports on Sky Go. I get a message asking me to upgrade my subscription. I understood i would be able to watch spirts on sky go?

Is your Sky Go app linked to a Sky Q box, if it is what happens if you disconnect it via settings in the app ?
