Sky Go issue

Hello

 

im trying to view sky sports through sky go but neither my phone or iPad (brand new) will connect. My sons iPhone works fine and he can view as normal. 

all I get is a screen message saying too many devices are streaming and error code 50-2

 

please advise

@Simon286 

Go to Settings > Sky Go > Location and turn off Precise Location off.


If you use a VPN make sure this is turned off.
