This appears when trying to watch something recorded. Some things work. Have tried all the usual - restarted BB and Sky Q box, uninstalled and reinstalled the App. Works fine on my Samsung S23.
Any ideas please?

Anyone got any ideas where I go with this next or how I contact Sky Customer Services? I can't use what I'm paying for currently so keen to get it resolved asap
